Join us in Zürich: SPLA Licensing Community Meetup

On 19 May 2026 at 2pm, we’re hosting a SPLA Licensing Community Meetup at Gleisarena, Zürich HB.

This in‑person session is all about practical value for SPLA licensing professionals:

• Live OC3 demonstration
• Real‑world tips, tricks, and best practices
• Industry insights and trends we’re seeing across the market
• Time to connect with peers, ask questions, and grow your network

New: Monthly Community Licensing Q&A Sessions

This month, we hosted our first Community Licensing Q&A session – an open format where we take real questions from the community, analyse them, and present clear, structured solutions.

Our goal is to run this as a recurring monthly event so you can regularly get answers to your most pressing licensing challenges.

Here’s how it works:

• You submit your licensing questions in advance
• Our team reviews, researches, and prepares responses
• We walk through the cases and solutions live in the session

Please start sending your questions as soon as possible so we have enough time to prepare detailed, high‑quality answers for the next session.

New: Octopus Cloud Ambassador Program

We’ve launched the Octopus Cloud Ambassador Program – our way of recognizing and rewarding the people who help our community grow and stay active.

You can become an Ambassador by:

• Inviting friends and peers to join the OC Community
• Actively participating and contributing to discussions

The more you engage, the more you earn: points, exclusive rewards, and Octopus Cloud gifts along the way.

You’ll collect points for actions such as:

• Completing your welcome checklist
• Adding a custom profile photo
• Filling out your profile (job title and company)
• Reaching activity streak milestones
• Climbing the leaderboard through giving and receiving recognition
• RSVP’ing to community events

As you earn points, you’ll progress through our badge levels: Explorer, Contributor, Specialist, Expert, and Master – each unlocking more recognition and rewards.
