In the logs folder, you can find files in the LOG_scandate.log format, for example, LOG_2020.07.13.log. These files contain records of all events that happened during the scan processes. Old log files are automatically deleted to avoid taking too much space on the hard drive.
The information from log files can be used when issues arise and you need to find the reasons for them. When contacting the support team, you can provide the log file that was created on the day of the problematic scan. With more complex issues, you should also provide the Inventory.db file.
