OC Configurator is password protected. If you start OC Configurator for the first time, you will be asked to create a password. This password is used to protect the scan file data and application settings. Please store the password in a secure place.
You have the possibility to change the OC Configurator application password over the Change Login Password link in the application. You need to enter the Old Password (current password) and New Password and confirm in the field Retype New Password the new set password.
Note: The password can be changed only in the OC Configurator application itself. If you forget the password, contact Octopus Support to reset it.
