Scan scope restriction by organizational units (OUs)
OC Configurator > Scan file > Servers > Specific entry > General > Set OU section only covers OUs related to computer/server AD objects.
OUs in the given section should be defined with their Distinguished Name attribute from the AD tree, with each OU being on a new line in the configuration.
Distinguished Name attribute of an OU can be extracted from the AD Users and Computers Console > Activate the ‘Advanced Features’ from the View menu > Right-click the OU > Properties > Attribute Editor > Copy the Distinguished Name attribute, and enter it into the ‘Set OU’ section on the OC Configurator. Save the changes, and run the OC scanner again.
If the scan is still not working correctly, check the OC Reporter scan alerts, and make sure that the OC Scanner is working correctly.
