OC scanner only supports CRM 2011, and later CRM editions.
Remote PowerShell must be enabled, and accessible on the target servers.
Specific CRM ports must be accessible for connection from the OC scanner server. Specific ports used by CRM can be checked in the CRM configuration itself.
User account running the scan must be a CRM Deployment Administrator. If using an account which is not a CRM Deployment administrator, the given account should be added in the CRM Deployment Administrators group on the CRM systems.
User account running the scan should be entered in the AD UPN format: user@example.com. If the OC scanner configuration-specific a Domain administrator in the legacy format NETBIOS-AD-Domain-name\username, that should be replaced with a user UPN entry or a new CRM scan configuration should be added in the OC Configurator > Scan file > Servers > User settings > Dynamics 365 section, where the configuration should contain either the CRM server IP or FQDN (depending on how the main scan scope is defined on the OC scanner – these must match), CRM username entered in UPN format, password. If the CRM server is configured with a Custom port (not standard HTTP/HTTPs ports), or with ADFS authentication, then the CRM URL must be entered as well, with the exact CRM URL allowed for authentication in ADFS, and with the exact port: [https://crm-server-IP-or-FQDN:5555.](https://crm-server-ip-or-fqdn:5555./)
