Make sure the correct network routing is in place so that the OC Scanner can reach the OC Configurator API server in your environment.
Make sure that no proxy/SSL/TLS offload/network traffic inspection systems are blocking, or modifying the network traffic between the OC Scanner, and the OC Configurator API server in your environment.
