OC Reporter - No data is being imported automatically
Once the OC Scanners finish scanning, they typically send their data to the OC Configurator API server located in the customer network environment (depending on how the deployment was done, and if an OC Configurator server was deployed). This data is then automatically forwarded to the OC Reporter after a few mins. and the OC Reporter automatically imports the data after 2 hours.
For the automatic import to work, the Import Automation feature must be enabled in OC Reporter > Data Import automation section.
If using an On-Premises OC Reporter, the import automation feature relies on the OC Reporter scheduled task, which executes a specific script typically located in “C:\inetpub\oc_reporter\app\yii.bat cronjob”. The given path can be different, depending on the install. Check the IIS Manager for the correct path of the OC Reporter website. If the scheduled task is not set-up correctly, or has been corrupted, or deleted, a new one can be created with the following commands:
