If the "unauthorized" error appears in the logs on the scanner side, follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Update OC Configurator Server
- Close the OC Configurator desktop application.
- Navigate to the central OC Configurator server: oc_configurator\updater folder.
- Run the UpdaterAPI.exe to ensure the OC Configurator server is updated to the latest version.

Update OC Scanners
- Verify that all OC Scanners are updated to the latest production version.
- Download the latest version. Please contact Support Team over support@octopus.cloud.

Time Synchronization
- Ensure that the system time is synchronized between the central OC Configurator server and all OC Scanner servers.
- Time drift of one minute or more will cause connection failures between the OC Scanners and the OC Configurator server.

Re-run OC Scanners
- After completing the updates and synchronizations, run the OC scanners again.
