Introducing and implementing the OC platform in your organization is the first step towards efficient inventory, software, compliance, cloud and billing management, but to maximize its long-term benefits, you must establish clear ownership and strategic planning from the outset.
Designated team members should take official responsibility for the platform's configuration, use and maintenance, while leadership develops a comprehensive roadmap that involves all necessary stakeholders to ensure smooth integration. This structured approach is essential because internal projects like software implementation can be time-consuming, costly, and resource-intensive, making careful planning and team coordination critical for achieving sustainable success and ensuring your investment pays off over time.
The installation and deployment of the OC components require some preparatory steps from you. Please read the articles in this category (left side) carefully and have a look at the slides and diagrams to get a good overview of all prerequisites and requirements.
