The following preparations should be completed before the OC Deployment session:
All preparations for the installation and deployment of OC View have been completed.
All preparations for the installation and deployment of OC Collector have been completed.
- We use Zoom for the remote sessions. If your organization does not allow Zoom, we can also conduct the remote sessions via Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.
- We use AnyDesk for the remote access during the session. AnyDesk allows us to easily carry out the installation and deployment together with you. Please download AnyDesk and install it on a computer (e.g. on your PC) from which we have access to the OC View server via SSH. If your company does not allow AnyDesk, we can also use a tool of your choice for the remote access.
- We use SSH to access the OC View server. Please download a SSH client (e.g. PuTTY) on the computer you installed AnyDesk.
- We need a SFTP client to upload files to the OC View server. Please download a SFTP client (e.g. WinSCP or FileZilla) on the computer you installed AnyDesk.
Please ensure that all of the above points are completed before the OC Deployment session.
