OC View

OC View is the main component within the OC platform that needs to be installed. It is the central management console (web application) for your configurations, reports and insights into the data within your OC platform.

  • Minimum hardware requirements:
    • CPU: 4 vCPU core
    • RAM: 8 GB
    • HDD: 200 GB

    • Docker, latest major version
      • Installed by the OC support team

  • Software used in OC platform containers:
    • OC View
      • TCP port 443, custom ports supported
      • Exposed for access in the network in which the OC View server is located
    • RabbitMQ for messaging, which implements the Advanced Message Queuing Protocol (AMQP)
    • PostgreSQL databases for storing data
      • Database backups are automatically created daily and stored for 7 days
      • Default backup location: /var/lib/postgresql/${CLIENT_ID}/backups
    • Watchtower for automating container updates

No TLS MITM / proxying should be done on the above listed URLs, as the connections will fail, due to certificate validity checks.
