If you want other users to access the OC Reporter application, you need to invite them or create an account for them. To create a new member account do the following steps:
- In the top-right corner of OC Reporter, click on your name.
- From the dropdown list, select My Account.
- Change to the section My Organisation on the left menu.
- In the My Organisation section, click the tab MEMBERS.
- Click the Invite member button, if you want to invite a new member into the application.
- If you want to create the member account directly, click the Add member button.
- Enter the required details.
- Click the invite button or the add button, based on the method you selected to create the member account.
- For invitations, the new member will receive an email with instructions to follow for the activation of his/her account.
- If you created the member account directly, you would see the created password of the member in plain text. Please share that password with the new member and instruct her or him to change the password after the first sign into the OC Reporter application.
