If you forgot your password, you can set a new password with the following steps:
- On the sign-in page, click the link Forgot my password.
- Enter your OCID and E-mail address into the fields.
- Click the button Next.
- Follow the instructions in the password reset email you receive from the OC Reporter application.
Note: If you forgot your OCID, please contact your administrator or our support team by sending the issue to support@octopus.cloud.
Note: If you don’t receive the password reset email, and you are using the OC Reporter on-premises instance, please ensure that the SMTP email server was configured correctly while the deployment of OC Reporter.
Note: If you received the password reset email and you could reset your password, but you get still the error message that the credentials are incorrect, please contact our support team by sending the issue to support@octopus.cloud. It could be that the OCID got deactivated for some reason.
